Mitigation | Restoration | Construction Bright Home Construction Full-Time | MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES, SPECIFICALLY WORKING WITH RESIDENTIAL MITIGATION/RESTORATION WORK DO NOT APPLY!!! We are specifically looking for a Business Development Manager who already has an active book of referral relationships (plumbers, insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, etc.) and can bring immediate mitigation/restoration opportunities to the table. This is not a build from scratch role we need someone who can produce quickly and continue growing that pipeline. Bright Home Construction is a growing mitigation, restoration, and construction company serving both residential and commercial clients. We're building a team that values accountability, strong communication, and long- term relationships not quick wins.

Compensation

• $60,000 base salary + Commission/Residual on all projects sold for company.
• Commission + bonus structure tied to projects secured and relationships developed
• Strong earning potential for producers
• Company vehicle provided

What You'll Do

• Leverage your existing book of business to generate immediate mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction opportunities
• Build and maintain referral relationships (plumbers, insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, commercial accounts, vendors)
• Continuously grow your pipeline through new partnerships and consistent networking
• Track and manage opportunities from first contact through signed contract
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth handoff and strong customer experience
• Represent the company professionally in the field and at networking events What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction sales
• Existing book of business REQUIRED (this is a must-have, not a preference)
• Strong network of referral partners in relevant industries
• Track record of generating and closing revenue
• Self-starter who can produce without heavy oversight
• Professional communication and relationship-building skills
