Job Description

RestoreMore Inc. is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing restoration company. This position is based out of our Racine, WI location and focuses on building strong relationships with local businesses, insurance professionals, property managers, plumbers, realtors, and other referral partners throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. RestoreMore Inc. provides high-quality property restoration services for water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, storm damage, and emergency response services. We proudly serve Racine, Kenosha, Oak Creek, Franklin, Muskego, New Berlin, Waukesha, and surrounding areas. Our team is available 24/7 to help homeowners and businesses recover quickly and professionally after property damage. The Outside Sales Representative will help grow RestoreMore's customer and referral base by developing new business relationships, maintaining existing contacts, and representing the company in a professional and positive manner. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building trust, and helping connect customers with the services they need.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential referral partners, including insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, real estate professionals, commercial businesses, and community partners
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients
• Visit businesses, attend networking events, and represent RestoreMore in the local community
• Develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, in-person visits, email follow-up, and relationship-building
• Track leads, contacts, follow-ups, and sales activity using HubSpot CRM
• Work with the internal team to help ensure customer needs are communicated clearly
• Assist with preparing basic proposals, presentations, and customer follow-up materials
• Monitor local market opportunities and competitor activity
• Meet or exceed sales and relationship-building goals
• Promote RestoreMore's services in a professional, honest, and helpful manner

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outside sales, customer service, business development, marketing, or a related role preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making phone calls, visiting businesses, and introducing the company to new contacts
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to stay organized and follow up consistently
• Basic computer skills and willingness to use CRM software; HubSpot experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contacts and follow-ups
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
