Overview

We are hiring locally in Oakbrook/ Berwyn area and looking for motivated, reliable, and coachable individuals to join our growing team. This is an entry-level friendly sales role with training and clear growth opportunities. Speaking other languages beyond proficient english is always a plus. You will contact warm leads, qualify interest, and help them find solutions to their healthcare needs. No sales experience required we train the right attitude. We're seeking an energetic and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team! In this role, your enthusiasm and communication skills will help generate interest, qualify leads, and set appointments that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads to generate interest in our products or services
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing their potential fit for our solutions
• Schedule appointments.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service during all interactions
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to follow up on campaigns and outreach efforts
• Use effective negotiation skills to handle objections and secure commitments for appointments Experience
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and listen actively
• Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies and business development concepts is beneficial
• Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and momentum in a fast-paced environment
