We are growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Bilingual Sales Representative. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a fast- paced, team-oriented environment. As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you'll connect directly with customers on behalf of AT&T;, answer questions in Spanish and English, and help them explore options that fit their needs. Our team provides hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance. No previous industry experience is required. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

of the Bilingual Sales Representative

• Answer customer questions and explain available service options in both English and Spanish
• Build positive relationships through professional communication
• Assist customers with account troubleshooting and resolve product concerns
• Support customer enrollments and account setup processes
• Learn AT&T; product knowledge and stay informed on current offerings
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Customer service, retail, and/or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
