Overview

: We're looking for a motivated and client-focused Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead clients through personalized consultations, creating a comfortable and supportive experience from the moment they walk in. Your focus will be on building genuine relationships, understanding each client's goals, and guiding them toward the treatment plan that best supports the results they're looking to achieve. Through education, trust, and clear communication, you'll help clients feel confident in moving forward with a plan designed specifically for them. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing thoughtful recommendations, and being part of a team that values both client experience and results.

What You'll Do

:

• Conduct personalized consultations to understand client goals
• Recommend treatment plans across aesthetics, body contouring, and weight loss
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, timelines, and pricing
• Present packages and guide clients through their decision process
• Follow up with clients to answer questions and support their journey
• Maintain accurate notes and track client progress
• Collaborate with the team to support clinic goals What We're Looking For:
• Proven sales experience is required (aesthetics, wellness, or high-ticket sales strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and guiding client decisions
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Passion for helping clients feel confident and achieve results Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
