Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities and professionals to drive business growth. This role entails a dynamic blend of responsibilities, including the essential aspect of cold calling and phone sales. The successful candidate will be tasked with proactively reaching out to potential clients and stakeholders to introduce our services, build relationships, and drive business growth through effective communication and sales strategies. Strong phone etiquette, persuasive communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
• Proactively engage in cold calling to potential clients to secure new business opportunities
• Utilize the existing database to call and engage with potential clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and professionals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

:

• Previous phone sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). What We Offer:
