Business Development Representative (Commission Only) Company: Bright Talent Recruitment LLC Location: Wisconsin (Remote/Hybrid)

Compensation

: Commission Only Earn 15% of every successful placement fee you generate. We're looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Founding Business Development Representative who wants to help build a company from the ground up. Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients throughout Wisconsin.
• Build relationships with school districts, charter schools, private schools, healthcare organizations, and businesses.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers and present Bright Talent Recruitment's staffing solutions.
• Negotiate service agreements and develop long-term client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using our CRM.
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, staffing, recruiting, business development, or account management experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and generating new business.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for local client meetings.

Compensation

• 15% commission on every successful placement you originate.
• Commission is paid after the client has paid Bright Talent Recruitment LLC.
