Job Summary

The Operation / Coach Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating service operations within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, ensuring that all service activities are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and leadership abilities to drive team performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service teams to ensure high-quality delivery of services.
• Oversee project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of service projects.
• Coordinate with Office staff and Management to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• Utilize software tools for project documentation and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites while managing service operations.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and provide guidance on project coordination.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of residential plumbing service, operations and estimating processes.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
