Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target construction companies, contractors, and project managers within assigned territories.
• Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities to expand the customer base.
• Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our solutions' value in construction projects.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for clients and the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales within the construction or related industries.
