Sales Representative - Cabinets & Flooring Location: 4455 Muhlhauser Rd, West Chester, OH 45011 Company: Cincinnati Cabinets Job type: Full-time, in person Pay: $800 per week base pay + 2%-4% commission on collected sales

: Health, dental, and vision insurance Cincinnati Cabinets is hiring a confident Sales Representative to help homeowners select cabinets and flooring, prepare estimates, follow up on leads, and close sales. This is a sales position, not a design role. You do not need experience with 2020 Design. Our designer and operations team will support technical layouts and orders. Your job is to build trust, understand what the customer needs, present options, follow up, and close. What you will do

• Meet homeowners in our West Chester showroom
• Respond to inbound leads and scheduled appointments
• Help customers choose cabinets, flooring, countertops, and finishes
• Present quotes, explain options, and close sales
• Follow up consistently on estimates and unsold leads
• Collect deposits and maintain accurate CRM notes
• Coordinate customer needs with our designers, measuring team, and installation team
• Build referrals through excellent service Required qualifications
• At least 2 years of sales experience in home improvement, furniture, appliances, flooring, automotive, real estate, or another high-ticket sales role
• Comfortable selling projects in the $5,000-$30,000+ range
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
• Able to build relationships with homeowners and handle objections professionally
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable using a CRM
• Kitchen cabinets or flooring experience is a plus, but not required Schedule
• Six days per week, in person
• Monday-Friday: full showroom schedule
• Saturday: 10:00 AM-3:00 PM

Compensation

• $800 per week base pay
• 2%-4% commission on collected sales
• Company-provided leads, showroom, and sales support
