This is the rare DOS seat where the job is to build. Scarlett Hotel Group is hiring a Director of Sales for the Delta Hotels by Marriott in Milwaukee, and we're not looking for someone to manage the status quo. We're looking for someone who sees a citywide on the calendar and starts circling like it owes them money. What Your Week Actually Looks Like

• You sell. Prospecting, site tours, negotiating, closing this is a selling DOS role, and the hunt is the fun part. If you'd rather live behind a desk, this isn't your posting.
• You own the number. Group, business transient, catering, extended stay you build the annual sales plan and then go beat it.
• You run RFP season like a general. MarRFP submissions, rate strategy, account retention. When corporate travel buyers make their lists, your hotel is on them.
• You speak fluent Marriott. CI/TY, MRDW, and brand demand tools are your instruments. (Already proficient? Move to the front of the line.)
• You team up with revenue management on pricing, mix, and forecasting and you come to that conversation with opinions, backed by data.
• You become a Milwaukee somebody. CVB events, industry associations, the business community. People should know your name and answer your calls.
• You build your own team starting day one. This role comes with an approved Sales Coordinator position, and you hire them. Pick your own right hand to own the admin, systems upkeep, and paperwork, so your calendar stays full of revenue-generating activity instead of data entry. How many DOS roles let you draft your own support staff before your first Monday? Exactly. The Money Talk (Because You Were Going to Scroll Here Anyway)
• Base: $75,000 $90,000 , based on experience
• Quarterly bonus up to 35% of your quarterly salary tied to RevPAR Index performance, index growth, and negotiated/group revenue growth. Clear metrics, documented in writing before each quarter starts, so you always know exactly what you're playing for.
• Total earning potential: up to $121,000 a year. Sell well, get paid well. Revolutionary concept, we know.

• 3+ years leading hotel sales (DOS, DOSM, or a Senior Sales Manager who's been ready for the title longer than anyone's admitted)
• Marriott full-service or premium select-service experience strongly preferred CI/TY skills earn you bonus points before you're even hired
• A track record of beating revenue goals you can talk about in actual numbers, not adjectives
• Corporate RFP season doesn't scare you; it's your Super Bowl
• Comfortable presenting to ownership, brand partners, and C-suite clients without breaking a sweat
