We are seeking a true outside sales professional with proven staffing industry or relevant B2B sales experience. This is not HR, recruiting, or inside sales this is a door-to-door, feet-on-the-street role focused on winning new accounts. Must have a track record of bringing in new business and thriving independently. Base salary: $85,000 + 15K guaranteed bonus, car allowance, and benefits. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business, open doors, and grow our client base. This is a high-impact role where your hustle and results directly fuel your success.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and cold call this is a door-knocking, feet-on-the-street role
• Develop new business in light industrial, clerical, and food service sectors
• Build relationships with decision-makers, overcoming gatekeepers with persistence
• Manage the full sales cycle: from generating leads to closing contracts
• Serve as the face of Parker Cromwell in the marketplace

What You Bring

• Proven success in outside sales (staffing industry experience strongly preferred; relevant B2B sales experience considered)
• Track record of landing new accounts (not just managing existing ones)
• Tenacity, resilience, and excellent follow-up skills
• Self-starter mentality you run your own desk, set your own pace, and deliver results
