Duties

• Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to expand our client base.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance advice and ongoing support.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate property casualty, health, life, and commercial insurance solutions.
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal protection.
• Manage client accounts efficiently using CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation of policies, claims, and communications.
• Assist clients with benefits administration, policy changes, claims processing, and renewal procedures while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Stay current on insurance regulations, industry trends, and product offerings to provide expert guidance and compliance.

Requirements

• Valid P&C; (Property & Casualty) insurance license required; additional health or life licenses are a plus.
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for client management.
• Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse communities.
• Knowledge of insurance regulation, DMV compliance for NYS Automobile insurance, and general knowledge of homeowner's insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive) for documentation and communication purposes.
• Exceptional customer relationship building and client communication skills to foster trust and loyalty.
