Responsibilities

: As an account manager one will be working with the public, acquiring information, inputting data, and formulation of quotes. This will also include making changes, taking payments, sending insured's documents and information pertaining to his/her or the organization's insurance policy, and answering simple coverage questions. Along with these responsibilities, it is common to take claim information, file claims, and follow up with clients on these claims. An account manager will also work closely with agents creating and following workflows, checklists, to support sales and management of client's policies.

Qualifications

and Prior Expertise: Licensed in Property and Casualty (preferred) One year of prior experience Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft, Outlook and Agency Management Systems Full-time job position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Required to be in office Idaho location Organized in office and digitally Must maintain confidential information Result oriented and focused with a strong attention to detail Effective communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour
