We are a growing kitchen and bath remodeling company offering premium design, materials, and construction services. Known for our streamlined process and strong customer service, we currently operate three successful locations in Maryland , and this new showroom marks our 4th locationand the first in Virginia. Job Description

We're hiring a Designer/Salesperson to help launch and operate our new Virginia showroom. Prior experience in the kitchen and bath industry is not required we provide comprehensive training in design software, remodeling systems, and our proven sales process.

Responsibilities

include:

• Working in the showroom from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM , Monday through Saturday
• Opening and closing the store each day
• Keeping the showroom clean, organized, and client-ready
• Visiting qualified in-home leads (scheduled by our marketing team)
• Explaining our remodeling process, offering design suggestions , and providing ballpark pricing
• Bringing clients into the showroom to review designs and finalize contracts This is a sales-focused position that combines in-home consultations, design presentations, and relationship-based selling. What We Offer

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Responsible and organized able to open/close and manage showroom presentation
• Eager to learn design software and remodeling concepts
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and working with homeowners

Compensation

• Starting at $39,000/year during training
