About the Role

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact with potential clients educating homeowners on storm damage and connecting them with our expert inspection team. No roofing experience required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and proven processes designed to help motivated, coachable people win.

What You'll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners
• Educate homeowners on potential storm-related roof damage
• Schedule free roof/property inspections
• Track appointments and activity
• Represent the company professionally What We Offer
• $100 per appointment set
• $300 per signed build contract
• $900 per closed deal
• Weekly Performance Bonuses ($200-$1,500)
