GENERAL SALES MANAGER - Bilingual (Spanish) Loyalty Used Car Super Center | Richmond, VA Loyalty Automotive is one of the fastest-growing, locally owned automotive groups in the region. We proudly own and operate six new-car dealerships across Richmond and Williamsburg, including: Toyota, two Nissan dealerships, Volkswagen, Chevrolet, and Cadillac, along with a high-volume used car super center in Petersburg and three collision repair centers. Our sales volumes are strong, our service departments rank among the best in the country, and our focus is simple: build great teams and deliver an exceptional customer experience. We are currently seeking a results-driven, hands-on Automotive General Sales Manager to help lead and grow our used car operation - Loyalty Used Car Super Center in Petersburg.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales goals and growth
• Recruit, coach, and drive performance of sales team
• Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally
• Present sales reports and forecasts to management team
• Manage sales team to optimize performance and employee goals
• Vehicle appraisals Required Skills
• Fluency in Spanish
• 5+ years of experience in automotive retail and finance management
• Track record of sales success and leadership
• Used car experience
• Dedicated to delivering great customer experiences
• Attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve
• Effective communicator
• Passion for mentoring and managing people
• Computer and automotive CRM programs proficiency
