• Engage with online and showroom customers to provide an exceptional car buying experience
• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the entire sales process
• Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with management and team members to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to grow your earning potential Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $16.90, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. • Previous Automotive Sales, Internet Sales, Retail Sales, or Sales Consultant experience preferred, but not required, we'll train the right person
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results in a fast-growing company Must have:
• Valid CA Drivers License
