High-Income B2B Sales Opportunity | Uncapped Commission Valpak of Virginia is hiring a results-driven Advertising Account Executive to grow our Northern Virginia territory. This hybrid outside sales role offers remote flexibility, weekly in-office collaboration, and unlimited earning potential. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Leesburg, VA.

What You'll Do

(Outside B2B Sales)

• Prospect and close new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Sell advertising and marketing solutions to local businesses
• Present integrated campaigns including direct mail, targeted neighborhood marketing, and digital advertising
• Manage pipeline and forecasting using CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Build long-term client relationships and recurring revenue
• Analyze campaign performance and present ROI reporting
• Manage and grow a defined Northern Virginia sales territory

Compensation

& Earnings Potential

• Base Salary starting at $60,000 (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission structure
• On-target earnings of $100,000$150,000+
• Performance bonuses and incentives
