Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support strategic growth initiatives within our construction organization. This role bridges marketing and business development efforts to drive brand visibility, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the construction industry, experience supporting preconstruction and operations teams, and the ability to manage multiple pursuits in a deadline-driven environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development

• Support the execution of the company's business development strategy to expand market share and strengthen client relationships.
• Support client engagement efforts including industry events, networking functions, trade shows, and association involvement.
• Support award submissions and industry recognition opportunities. Marketing
• Develop and maintain marketing materials including project sheets, brochures, resumes, and digital content.
• Manage website updates via WordPress or similar CMS platform.
• Create content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and press releases.
• Coordinate ground-breakings, ribbon-cuttings, etc.
• Coordinate photography, project highlights, and case studies.
• Support internal communications and company announcements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a business-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role; experience in the construction or professional services industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction procurement processes (RFQ/RFP, hard bid, negotiated work).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) , Microsoft Office , and WordPress or similar CMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. What We Offer
