Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
• Manage customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Skills
• Proven experience in retail management, including supervising staff and managing store operations.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory control, cash handling, and retail math.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Customer service expertise with phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of store presentation and safety standards.
