Responsibilities

• Answer questions about products, pricing, and available promotions.
• Process new service enrollments and assist with account changes.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales documentation.
• Contribute to store performance by meeting personal and team sales goals.
• Build lasting customer relationships through honest, solution-focused service.
