Duties

• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining client records, and updating CRM systems.
• Provide clear explanations of policy features, benefits, and coverage options to ensure clients understand their choices.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Offer ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries related to policy benefits, claims processing, and benefits administration.

Requirements

• Valid state license as an Insurance Producer with the ability to sell insurance products legally.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis skills to track performance metrics and client data.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client satisfaction.
