Richmond Sales Collective is growing and looking for a full-time, entry-level Sales Team Member to join our team. This is an in-person role where you'll work directly with customers, introduce Verizon FiOS products and services, and help people find internet solutions that fit their household needs. As a Sales Team Member, you'll meet new people every day, build valuable communication skills, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team- oriented environment. No previous experience in telecommunications or sales is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to succeed. What You'll Be Doing as a Sales Team Member:

• Meet with customers face-to-face and apply sales strategies when introducing Verizon FiOS services
• As a Sales Team Member, use simple communication and sales strategies to explain the service option clearly
• Help customers choose plans using basic sales strategies based on their needs
• Support enrollment and account setup while applying step-by-step sales strategies.
• Build customer relationships through consistent communication and sales strategies focused on trust as a Sales Team Member.
• Work in a team environment and learn sales strategies used in field sales campaigns as a Sales Team Member. What You'll Need as a Sales Team Member:
