Job Title: Account Executive, Membership Service Department: Ticket Sales & Service Location: On-Site at Phoenix Rising Stadium Role Type: Full-Time Reports To: Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service

Job Summary

: The Account Executive, Membership Service role is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our season ticket members and selling the full menu of Phoenix Rising FC ticket options including season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets and hospitality spaces, and single game tickets. Responsibilities

: Client Relationship & Retention Management

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned season ticket members
• Proactively communicate with clients throughout the season to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Conduct regular check-ins via phone, email, and meetings to maintain strong relationships
• Manage client onboarding process for new season ticket members and renewals
• Support coordinating special recognition programs and exclusive events for season ticket members
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts
• Manage client communications for upcoming games & events New Business
• Goal-driven mindset to meet or exceed all established activity and sales goals
• Proactively make new business sales outreach, including cold and warm calls, to prospective ticket buyers with a focus on calling businesses
• Prospect new business opportunities on a weekly basis to drive incremental ticket sales revenue
• Complete minimum of 40 phone calls per day, in addition to e-mail and text touchpoints
• Sell full menu of ticket options with strong knowledge of season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets and hospitality spaces, single game offers, and single game tickets
• Participate in outside events, such as sales tables, networking events, and promotional initiatives, as assigned by Phoenix Rising FC
• Maintain accurate and updated account records in the ticketing system and CRM
• Support game day set up, breakdown, and fan experiences
• Competitive mindset to drive individual and team ticket sales initiatives
• Game Day & Event Operations
• Coordinate pre-game and halftime activities for season ticket member groups and premium clients
• Ensure seamless execution of client experiences during matches and special events
• Troubleshoot and resolve any service issues that arise during events
• Work closely with operations team to deliver exceptional game-day experiences

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University required
• 1 year of sales experience with a professional sports team, stadium, arena, or public assembly facility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• Experience in ticketing and CRM systems preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation experience
• Ability to handle multiple projects & work in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of exceeding goals in a business environment
• Team oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required
