Exterior Sales ConsultantJob Summary Mighty Dog Roofing is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Exterior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to maximize their income through an uncapped commission structure while helping homeowners protect one of their largest investments. As an Exterior Sales Consultant, you'll educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and other exterior improvement solutions while guiding them through the sales process from the initial consultation through signed contract. You'll work with qualified company-generated leads, customer referrals, and self-generated business to build a successful sales pipeline. Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior systems and identify their needs.
• Educate customers on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and other exterior products, installation methods, warranties, and financing options.
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals.
• Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and earn their business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process.
• Generate additional business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Attend company-provided lead appointments and customer referral appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information, estimates, proposals, and sales activity within AccuLynx CRM.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure a seamless transition from signed contract to project completion.
• Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer offerings, and industry trends.
• Represent Mighty Dog Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Roofing, construction, home improvement, or exterior remodeling sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a flexible schedule.
• Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends to accommodate homeowner schedules.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing basic roof inspections (training provided).
• Experience using AccuLynx, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
