Customer Sales Agent Starting Pay: $15/hr. with UNLIMITED Commission Potential and step increases at 6 months and 1 year of service Do you enjoy working as a team in a fast-paced airport location where no two days are ever the same? Do you have a passion for customer service and sales? If this sounds exciting, we want you on our dynamic Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty Car Rental team! We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and are eager to drive sales while offering outstanding service and focused on making every car rental experience memorable. About This Role As our Customer Sales Representative, you'll be a friendly face greeting our customers and ensuring a smooth car rental transaction. You'll be responsible for offering optional products to enhance each customer's rental experience and also handle phone inquiries, address customer concerns, and guide customers through the rental transaction.

Responsibilities

:

• Handle rental car transactions to accommodate our customers
• Use effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options
• Receive telephone calls and handle or pass along customer-related issues
• Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor or manager
• Maintain and update rental agreement files
• Enter and maintain information in location logs
• Complete car exchange requests in computer system
• Communicate with shuttle drivers
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned or required

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work all required shifts
• Excel at solving problems with precision, speed, and a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills including data entry, typing, and experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
