• Help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle
• Speak confidently in both English and Spanish
• Build strong customer relationships and earn repeat/referral business
• Respond to leads (walk-ins, calls, online) no cold calling
• Work side-by-side with a supportive management team who wants you to win What You Need:
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Energetic personality and great people skills
• Coachable attitude with a strong work ethic
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
