• Relocation assistance available for top performers This Role Is NOT Order-Taking Our Service Sales Consultants own the customer relationship from write-up to close-out. You'll identify needs, present recommendations, and convert opportunities into revenue while maintaining trust and transparency.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers and uncover service needs
• Present inspection-based recommendations confidently
• Close approved maintenance and repair work
• Upsell services that align with customer and vehicle needs
• Manage multiple repair orders and follow up consistently
• Maximize each RO while maintaining strong CSI
• Drive revenue growth for the service department Who We're Looking For
• Advisors or sales professionals with closing experience
• Comfort discussing price, value, and urgency
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Automotive experience is a plus sales experience is key
