Duties

• Actively pursue new business opportunities through door-to-door outreach, community events, and networking to generate quality leads for solar energy products.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their energy needs and present tailored solar panel solutions that maximize savings and sustainability.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate clients on the benefits of solar energy systems.
• Negotiate terms, address client questions, and overcome objections to facilitate deal closing while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM systems to track leads, update client information, and monitor sales progress efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams on technical specifications, project timelines, and installation requirements to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, especially within energy solutions or solar sales environments.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse communities.
• Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Technical sales experience related to solar panels, energy systems, or related products is preferred.
• Exceptional client communication skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service excellence.
• Ability to work independently in door-to-door or direct sales settings while maintaining motivation and leadership qualities.
