Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, market knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to achieve business goals.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends and customer needs, enabling effective sales strategies.
• Engage in direct sales efforts through both inside and outside sales techniques.
• Utilize Salesforce software to manage accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing product offerings and benefits.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Skills

• Proven experience in direct sales, outside sales, or inside sales roles.
• Familiarity with retail sales environments is a plus.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar software for account management and analysis.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
