• We are looking for talented, driven individuals and have many opportunities for leadership, growth and development This Role: As we grow rapidly, we are looking for a driven individual to help build and scale our Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. This includes phone-based sales as well as in-person visits to potential customers. The individual will work directly with the cofounders to set the sales strategy, and then lead its execution. Specifically, we are looking for someone that excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments, is entrepreneurial and who can deliver results. It is expected that they are analytically minded, proactive, and bring real sales expertise to the team. • Identify and target new potential B2B customers, including door shops, contractors, small glass shops, and other relevant businesses.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within B2B customer organizations.
• Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
• Effectively present and demonstrate our products to potential B2B clients
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, agreements to ensure beneficial arrangements
• Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to provide valuable insights and feedback based on customer interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges. We'd love to speak with you if you have:
• Proven track record of success with B2B sales, ideally within home improvement, or a related industry
• An understanding the door / door glass market is optional but a plus!
• Ability to work independently, are self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential B2B clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
