Lead Generator Hall's Window Center - Costco Warehouse & Home Shows Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation

: $22 Hourly + Performance Bonuses $$$ Schedule: (Weekdays, Weekends, Events) Position

Overview

The Lead Generator is the front-line brand ambassador responsible for engaging Costco members and Home Show attendees, generating qualified in-home consultation leads, and creating excitement around home-improvement solutions with windows and doors,. This role is ideal for confident, outgoing individuals who enjoy talking to people and earning performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage Costco members and Home Show attendees in a friendly, professional manner
• Educate customers on home-improvement products, promotions, and financing options
• Generate high-quality leads by scheduling free in-home consultations
• Accurately collect customer information using provided systems or forms
• Represent the company's brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
• Set up, maintain, and break down booth displays at Costco and Home Show events
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead-generation goals
• Work closely with management to improve performance, messaging, and conversion rates
• Maintain compliance with Costco, Show Events, and company policies at all times

Qualifications

& Skills

• Outgoing personality with strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public
• Sales, marketing, or customer-service experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends and event schedules as required
• Ability to stand for extended time
