Sales Associate Flooring & Carpet Sacramento Area Great Customer Service Starts Here! Pay & Schedule New hires start at $20/hr., plus bonus and commission Strong performers can earn $75,000 to $80,000 per year (hourly plus bonus and commission) Full-time, 5 days a week. 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Never work Sundays Medical, vision, dental, and 401K offered Why S &G; Carpet

• Provide a welcoming, professional in-store experience
• Build trust through clear communication and follow-through
• Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish
