Outside Sales Representative $120K-$150K+ OTE (42k base) | No Real Estate Experience Required Lunova Group is partnering with a rapidly growing company looking for an Outside Sales Representative to help launch and grow its presence in the Wheeling, WV market. This candidate can be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Wheeling, WV or Ohio with ability to travel in the territory. If you've been successful selling roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, security systems, home improvement, insurance, or other high-value solutions directly to customers, this could be an excellent next step. This is not traditional real estate sales. You'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property, learn about their situation, and guide them through a consultative sales process. Why Join? What You'll Do

You'll spend most of your time meeting with homeowners throughout your territory. Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting with qualified homeowner leads
• Conducting in-home consultations
• Understanding each homeowner's goals and situation
• Presenting solutions and explaining the sales process
• Negotiating agreements and closing sales
• Managing your pipeline within the CRM
• Partnering with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience What We're Looking For We're less concerned about industry experience than your ability to build relationships and close business. You may be a great fit if you have experience in:

• Other consultative, commission-based sales roles You should also have:
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence meeting customers face-to-face
• A self-driven, competitive mindset
• CRM experience is a plus

Compensation

• Base Salary: Approximately $42,000
• Commission
• Typical OTE: $120,000-$150,000+
