Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Account Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential customers and partners through vibrant event marketing campaigns, compelling product demonstrations, and exceptional customer service. Your energy and communication skills will help us build strong relationships, increase brand awareness, and drive new customers to Everest and retention of our current customers. Responsibilities

Work directly with the Marketing Director to introduce Everest's services to new B2B customers and maintain relationships with current customers that direct their consumers / patients to the Everest medical offices. While most of the new B2B customers' contacts will be supplied, the Marketing Account Executive will be expected to identify new customers outside of internal customer database resources. From time-to-time the Marketing Account Executive will be required to work with the Marketing Director to help orchestrate the development and implementation of certain promotional materials and communications tactics. Represent the company at various events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote our products and services. Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits to potential customers. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive experience. Utilize effective communication skills to clearly convey marketing messages and brand values to diverse audiences. Assist in organizing promotional activities, campaigns, and special events to maximize outreach efforts. Support sales and engagement initiatives by identifying customer needs and presenting suitable product options. Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and event outcomes to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

This is not an intern or beginner position. Proven experience or strong interest in marketing, event marketing, or customer service roles showing success is required. Ideally, but not a requirement, we are looking for a person having had experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical healthcare industry serving as a salesperson showing. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to work independently, and importantly, solutions driven. Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings is a plus; bilingual abilities, too, are a plus but not a requirement. Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that resonates with diverse audiences. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. At least 1-year prior experience in sales. Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
