The Washington Plaza Hotel, a 340-room hotel with over 13,000 square feet of function space, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Group Sales Manager. Increase profitable sales volume for the hotel by meeting and exceeding the financial and proactive selling goals established for the association market. Create and maintain relationships with key accounts to solicit new and repeat business. Obtain knowledge of the competition in order to make recommendations to the sales strategy. Achieve sales revenue goals by managing accounts through outside sales calls and hotel site visits. Utilize sales tools to identify, analyze and obtain business. The preferred candidate will have at least 5 years of Hotel sales experience in the Government and Diplomatic markets. The position also includes participation in a Quarterly Bonus plan. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
