The VanDevere Automotive Family is Akron's largest auto dealer group with five locations, 4 major brands, and over 400 employees. Family owned since 1946, VanDevere continues to grow with the help of an ever expanding team. We're looking for an experienced, results driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive continued growth. Responsibilities

:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Recruit, train and develop sales professionals.
• Facilitate the completion of all related paperwork.
• Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Work closely with finance and service departments to ensure seamless experience.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow dealership policies and compliance requirements.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience as an automotive sales manager or in a dealership leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Knowledge of dealership management systems and automotive financing is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Hours and Pay
• $120,000-$200,000
• 5 day work week- No Sundays
• Major Holidays off
