We are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our lumber, hardware, and lawn and garden team. Successful associates are team-oriented, helpful, professional, and eager to provide the excellent customer service. Prior experience with home projects and knowledge in outdoor power equipment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Duties

Daily

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging customers on-site, and by being courteous on the phone.
• Actively learn about products and home projects to better assist customers with their general inquiries.
• Accurately replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by tidying up work areas. Bi-Weekly to Monthly
• Participate in trainings.
• Other duties as assigned by department leads and managers.

Qualifications

and Skills Required:

• Reliable mode of transportation to and from work.
• Self-motivated with minimal needs for supervision.
• Able to efficiently multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Strong communication and people skills both internally among team members, and externally with customers and vendors. Physical

• Climb short ladders.
