We are looking to hire a full-time W-2 Commerical Insurance Producer to join an established, growing agency with strong systems, long-term client relationships, and a clear direction. This role is designed for someone with experience in Commerical Insurance Sales, who wants to grow and develop professionally alongside a team of experienced agents who all share the same goal: to help our cleints protect what matters most! This is a long-term career opportunity in a stable industry that rewards consistency, judgment, and service. Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Required for Hire-

• Active Property and Casualty License

Responsibilities

Work with clients as a professional advisor, helping them understand risk and choose appropriate coverage.

• Marketing to prospective clients to offer personalized proposals for their established business
• Meeting with new and existing clients to assess insurance needs
• Recommending coverage solutions based on risk and exposure
• Quoting, presenting, and binding insurance policies
• Following an established sales and follow-up process
• Maintaining accurate documentation and client records

• Managing more complex accounts and renewals
