Job Summary

: Recovery Roofing and Restoration Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer focused Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. Someone who is outgoing, willing to learn and dedicated to personal growth. This position involves building relationships, conducting roof assessments, and offering roofing solutions that meet client's needs. The ideal candidate should be a skilled communicator, have a strong understanding of sales and time management with a self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

: Self-generate leads by networking, door to door, canvassing techniques and engage potential customers to promote roofing services. Perform thorough roof inspections and assessments to determine the scope of work required. Develop and present roofing proposals to clients. Completing Sales

Responsibilities

by:

• Meeting with adjusters and homeowners to assist with questions or concerns.
• Handing off your sale to our Production Team for the remainder of the project allowing you to do what you do best, network, meet homeowners and help them with their roofing and home projects. Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional service and support. Stay informed about roofing industry trends, products, and competitors to offer the best solutions. Collaborate with the roofing team to ensure successful project execution:
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and contracts using CRM software.
• Provide consistent updates to management team on progress in the field.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications

: Proven 1+ years of experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with roofing, construction, service industry, telecommunications, door to door industry experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus. Additional Requirement: Candidates MUST have a vehicle capable of carrying a ladder for roof inspections and assessments. As part of Colorado State Laws for independent contractors, upon hiring you will need to provide verification of a current LLC as well as your current Worker's

Compensation

Location: Colorado Springs, CO and surrounding areas. Hours and Schedule: This is a full-time position with flexibility to accommodate client schedules, which will include evenings and weekends predominantly.

Compensation

: This position offers a 100% commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential. The average salary range for successful Roofing Sales Representatives in our company is $65,000 to $150,000 annually. Bonus compensation can be earned by consistently meeting and achieving sales targets and objectives.
