From initial consultation and design through material selection and installation, we help our clients feel confident in their anticipated projects. With established showrooms in Dayton and Cincinnati, we are continuing to grow and expand into new opportunities. Now Hiring In Home Sales Consultants Craftsmen Home Improvements is currently experiencing strong growth in both the Dayton and Cincinnati markets, and because of this we are currently seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team. This position is most ideal for professionals who enjoy working directly with homeowners, managing multiple projects, and guiding clients through the remodeling process. Sales consultants work with pre set appointments and warm leads provided by the company. Sales Position

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should be outgoing, organized, and professional with strong time management skills. A positive attitude, neat appearance, and the ability to build trust with homeowners are essential. Previous experience in kitchen and bath sales or home improvement sales is required. Familiarity with 20 20 Design or similar CAD software is preferred. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of kitchen and bath products and the ability to present design and remodeling solutions confidently.

This position offers unlimited earning potential with an average annual income of $75,000.

Compensation

includes base pay, plus commission paired with monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include paid training, paid holidays, two weeks of paid time off after one year of service, medical insurance, a 401k with company match, paid mileage, flexible scheduling, and full time employment.
