Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is comfortable balancing sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. We provide comprehensive sales training to ensure your success. As a trusted member of our retail team, you will also serve as a Key Holder , assisting with opening and closing the store when needed while helping maintain a professional, organized, and customer-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products.
• Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business and maximize sales opportunities.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, pricing, and special orders.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining customer records.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising products.
• Ensure the sales floor and showroom remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures as a Key Holder, including securing the facility and balancing registers when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Learn company products and sales techniques through provided training programs.
• Support additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, email, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and clerical skills.
• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
