What You'll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.
• Perform roof inspections after storms or when homeowners suspect damage.
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims and roofing process.
• Build strong relationships with customers from the first meeting through project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers and office staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up using our CRM.
• Represent Pegasus Roofing & Construction with professionalism and integrity. What We're Looking For

Compensation

• Commission Only
• Typical first-year earnings: $75,000$125,000+

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage route driving efficiently to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and maintain accurate delivery records
• Adhere to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations during route driving and vehicle operation
• Perform heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when handling merchandise or equipment, ensuring safety at all times
• Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote product visibility
• Follow pricing strategies accurately, adjusting quotes as needed based on customer requirements or promotions
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards related to automobile transportation, heavy lifting, and safe driving practices Skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey product benefits and negotiate effectively
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and merchandising principles
• Experience in commercial driving, route planning, and automobile transportation regulations
• Proficiency in math for calculating prices, discounts, and sales totals accurately
• Customer service expertise with a focus on building trust and loyalty
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, safety protocols, and safe driving practices on the road
• Organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and keep detailed records of deliveries and sales activities
