Team Member EarthWise Pet (Austin, TX) Location: 2330 South Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704 Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt)

About the Role

: Do you love pets and enjoy helping people? EarthWise Pet is seeking friendly, enthusiastic team members to join our South Lamar location. You'll help pet parents find the best natural food, treats, and wellness products for their furry family membersall while keeping the store running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment. Growth Opportunity: Employees who successfully complete our pet nutrition certification program become eligible for a $0.50/hour pay increase.

What You'll Do

:

• Greet every guest with a smile and deliver knowledgeable, friendly service
• Educate customers on pet nutrition and our grooming services
• Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system (FranPOS & Moego)
• Complete our in-house Nutrition Specialist training program to confidently support pet health and dietary needs
• Assist with receiving, stocking, product rotation, and inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Assist in marketing efforts including in store events, community outreach, and social media
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions What We're Looking For:
• Retail and customer service experience (pet industry is a plus)
• Genuine passion for animals and eagerness to learn
• Positive, can-do attitude and a high level of reliability
• Ability to lift 45+ lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Comfort with computers, POS systems, and basic math Ready to join a pet-loving team that makes a difference? Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
