Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Perform sales administration tasks including tracking sales metrics and maintaining accurate records.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Provide information on insurance products and benefits administration to clients as needed.
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential customers and promote services.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable, as they can better serve diverse clientele.
• Proficient in sales administration tasks with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Previous experience in marketing or customer service is a plus.
