Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive high-end passenger car sales. In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of automotive sales operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster strong customer relationships. Your leadership will ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

• Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve individual and dealership-wide sales goals, focusing on passenger cars and high-end vehicles
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including outbound and B2B (business-to-business) sales approaches, to expand market reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, client communication, and personalized upselling techniques
• Conduct negotiations with customers to close deals efficiently while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closing, ensuring consistent follow-up via CRM software and other sales support tools
• Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to align with sales objectives and market demand
• Utilize public speaking skills during promotional events, dealership presentations, or community outreach to attract new customers
• Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing dealership visibility and attracting high-value clients
• Train, motivate, and support the sales team in developing their skills in automotive financing options, outbound calling, cold calling, and retail math
• Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory using CRM systems supported by technical teams Skills
• Proven experience in automotive industry sales management with a strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Extensive knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skillsbilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirableto connect with diverse clientele
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, B2B sales, and high-end passenger car sales strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales support systems for pipeline management and customer relationship building
