About the Role

As a Recruiter , you will play a critical role in connecting top talent with leading organizations. You'll build meaningful relationships, develop industry expertise, and serve as a trusted representative of ROI and our clients.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Division Managers, and senior Recruiters to identify top talent and key market opportunities
• Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including networking, referrals, cold outreach, and database searches
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, building trust and long-term relationships
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network within targeted industries
• Generate candidate referrals and uncover new business opportunities
• Bring creativity, energy, and new ideas to help drive team success What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 03 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Experience working in a team-based environment
