Inbound Sales Agent Medicare | $75K$120K Year 1, Uncapped

• W2 $18/hr Base + Commission Sarasota, FL (Downtown) No Cold Calling Build a real sales career without the grind that usually comes with it. What You'll Do

You'll spend your day on the phone with Medicare-eligible clients who called us. You'll learn what they need, walk them through their options, and help them enroll in the plan that fits. You'll track your numbers, work toward goals, and get rewarded when you hit them. You'll Thrive Here If You:

• Carry yourself professionally and take pride in doing the job right Sales, hospitality, customer service, or call center experience is a plus but communication skills and drive matter more than your rsum.

Requirements

• Active Florida 2-15 insurance license (required before hire; we will cover a portion of the cost)
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to work in-office in downtown Sarasota Once You're Licensed, We Cover: AHIP certification Carrier contracting Purchased states All inbound leads Ongoing coaching
