Service Sales Account Manager to join a leading, multi-office HVAC representative. This Service Sales Account Manager will be responsible for service agreement, preventative maintenance contract sales to owner direct verticals for HVAC equipment including VRV/VRF products, chillers, energy recovery, building automation controls. The Service Sales Account Manager should have a background in HVAC Service selling ideally with owner direct commercial scale relationships. You will be required to build relationships with clients throughout New Orleans, Louisiana. Package $75,000-$130,000 Uncapped commission Health, vision 401(k) matching Profit sharing contribution Service Sales Account Manager Role Responsible for service agreement, preventative maintenance contract selling for HVAC equipment VRV/VRF products, chillers, energy recovery, building automation controls Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers Present service solutions and value propositions to decision makers Action plans to improve project closure rate and improve business profitability

Requirements

Background in HVAC service selling of HVAC products including VRV/VRF products, chillers, energy recovery, building automation controls Displayable relationships with owner direct commercial clients
